Currents of Becoming
By Concetta Pipia
Change moves like a quiet river,
bending around the stones of habit.
We release the weight we carried,
our shadows lengthening into new light.
The self we knew dissolves slowly,
edges softening into possibility.
Every ending hums with beginning,
every step a small surrender,
every breath a turning of the tide,
until we stand, unrecognizable,
yet fully ourselves,
in the flux of becoming.
